FAQ

Who is paddle boarding for?

Stand-up Paddle Boarding is a great activity for everyone. All ages welcome. Even the little ones can ride on your paddle board we provide. Prior experience is not required – we love introducing people to the experience and a 20 minute SUP lesson is included. It does take a little patience, practice and balance. Not to worry. Our carbon fiber boards at 11’6 with a wide beam are designed so that no experience is required, but you should be able to know how to swim. In 20 to 30 mins you will be standing and paddling.
A personal flotation device, as required by the Coast Guard, will come with every board. Your safety is of utmost importance. Our guide of course will be with you at all times.

Where are you located?

Tours on the water launch from the Vilano Beach area or Salt Run. We are a mobile SUP operation which allows us to explore and launch from various locations from The Matanzas River Inlet all the way to Ponte Vedra / Palm Valley on the Intracoastal Waterway. The location will vary, depending upon the tides, weather and special events. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible and that means being flexible with our routes and planning. Simply book a tour and we’ll coordinate the launch location. We like to think of ourselves as a SUP Excursion operation. We love to share different experiences at different locations.

What do I bring?

Sunscreen is always recommended for outdoor activities, especially in Florida. If you have one, we suggest bringing a reusable water bottle, but if not, we will help keep you hydrated. Shorts are best, hats help keep the sun off your face, sunglasses are great as well and a long sleeve shirt, depending on your sensitivity to sun and the weather.

While we do our best to keep you standing on our stand-up-paddle-boards, this is an outdoor, water activity and you are responsible for your personal property.
